A specialist in not specializing

I contain multitudes. Also tools.

Point me at your list. I shorten lists for a living — one capable person who plans it, makes it, documents it, and then actually does it.

The short version

A generalist, on purpose — with a designer's eye.

Most help only does the one thing, or does everything badly. I'm the other option: a real branding and production background, a drone, a toolbox, and the kind of follow-through that finishes the list instead of starting a new one. Aim me at the mess. I like the mess.

What I can do

Aim me at the list.

Six things I do, roughly in the order people ask for them. Same person all the way down — which is the whole point.

01

Brand, web & visuals

make it look like you

Logos, single-page sites, and marketing pieces with a real eye behind them. I branded a pizza shop, ran a press floor, and spent a decade making campaigns people actually kept.

Inkscape · Cloudflare · SVG
02

Planning & custom tools

untangle it, then build the thing

I scope it, sequence it, and if the right tool doesn't exist, I build it. That's not a brag — it's literally where WiggleLot came from.

Estimates · Layouts · Web tools
03

Property planning & documentation

drone up, look down, write it down

Aerial orthophotos, boundary and flood analysis, dimensioned plans, real pictures. So decisions get made off evidence, not a hunch and an old tape measure.

Drone · Orthophoto · CAD-grade SVG
04

Home watch & rental readiness

I'll keep an eye on it

Eyes on the place when you're away, and turnovers handled to a standard — checked, prepped, guest-ready. With photos, so you know rather than hope.

Inspections · Turnovers · Reports
05

Organizing, transitions & logistics

I shorten lists for a living

Moves, downsizes, estate transitions, and the sort-it-out logistics that stall when nobody's driving. I drive. It gets to done.

Moves · Downsizing · Coordination
06

Selective hands-on

the good bits, hand-picked

The hands-on work, chosen for fit and finish rather than volume. I do the work — minor plumbing, electrical, assembly, and the odd thing that needs an owner.

Hand-picked · Finish-focused

What I've done

Receipts, not vibes.

The visual side isn't new — it's the oldest thing here. Decades of real production work, plus the tools the modern stack made possible.

Built a brand from scratch

A pizza shop, start to finish

Co-owned and branded the whole thing — name, mark, signage, menus, the look that walked in before the food did. My first proof that identity is built, not bought.

Press floor

Production at Minuteman Press

Real print production — files that actually run, bleed and stock and finishing. The difference between something that looks good on screen and something that holds up in your hand.

10+ years · campaigns

Earth Day & America Recycles Day, for a big recycler

A decade-plus of campaign work — posters, table tents, employee games, contests, all the pieces that make a campaign feel like one thing. Annual, high-visibility, real audience.

Now · web

This brand, designed and shipped

The KerrieWorks identity — the sharp K, the wordmark, the whole kit — drawn in Inkscape and deployed as hand-coded single-file sites. Including, yes, two of them in different outfits.

Now · tools

WiggleLot, a working product

An idea taken all the way to a real, versioned tool — warps, rate logic, revenue breakdowns, print output. When I say I build custom tools, this is what I mean.

A tool I needed, so I drew it

WiggleLot

Draw your storage lot, drop the units, and watch it tell you what the layout is worth per month — before a single space gets painted. The right tool didn't exist, so it does now.

What it does

Draw the real lot

Corner-node warp bends spaces around drive lanes, wet ground, and existing structures. The lot as it actually is — not a tidy rectangle.

Rate-driven revenue

Any space with a monthly rate counts as rented. The Mix breakdown shows units, square footage, and monthly revenue by size — live.

Print-ready

A clean white sheet whatever your screen theme, light/dark toggle, undo/redo, and warps that survive a full-plan rotate.

The wardrobe

One me. A few outfits.

Same person, same sharp K, same set of values — I just dress for the room. You're looking at the relaxed one right now. A blend of elegant and not trying too hard.

The home turf

Faded Jeans

The everyday KerrieWorks — warm, funny, lived-in. The voice you'd actually get on the phone.

The boardroom

The Suit

SeriousBro — buttoned all the way up, fluent in deliverables, gravely serious about synergy. For when the room expects a suit.

Office Casual

SharpK — sleeves rolled, more color, more play. Cut for creative and tech outings, where the work is sharp but the collar's open.

The kit

Sharp mark. One typeface. Every color.

The Mark — Sharp K

Faceted like folded steel. Silver on dark, graphite on light.
