Integrated Property & Project Solutions
We turn your to-do list into deliverables.
KerrieWorks is a full-stack, single-operator solutions provider delivering best-in-class outcomes across the brand, property, and project verticals.
Translation: the stuff you keep meaning to deal with, dealt with — by one person who treats it like it matters. Because it does. To us. Deeply.
The Value Proposition
A fully vertically-integrated solutions stack.
We leverage cross-functional expertise to deliver holistic, end-to-end execution with zero hand-off friction and a single point of accountability.
Translation: it's one person. She makes the plan, builds the tools, shoots the drone, watches the house, and then actually does the work — instead of subcontracting it to a guy who stops answering his phone.
"We don't have a chain of command. We have a Kerrie."— Internal Stakeholder Alignment Memo
Core Service Verticals
Six verticals. One headcount.
Our offerings, presented in priority order and full enterprise nomenclature — each with a Translation, because the deliverable matters more than the deck.
Omnichannel Brand Architecture & Digital Presence Engineering
Translation — logos, websites & visuals
Identity systems, single-page sites, and campaign collateral that make it look like you have a marketing department. You do. It's the same person doing everything else.
Strategic Operational Planning & Proprietary Solution Development
Translation — project planning & custom tools
We scope it, sequence it, and when the right tool doesn't exist, we build it. This is not aspirational. It's literally what WiggleLot is. Go click it.
Aerial Asset Intelligence & Geospatial Documentation Deliverables
Translation — property planning & drone documentation
A drone, a trained eye, and orthophotos with boundary and flood analysis. Decisions get made off evidence instead of vibes and a tape measure from 1998.
Proactive Asset Surveillance & Turnkey Guest-Readiness Assurance
Translation — home watch & rental readiness
We check on your place when you're not there and get it guest-ready to a standard. With photos. So you know it happened, instead of being told it happened.
End-to-End Transition Management & Holistic Logistics Orchestration
Translation — organizing, moves & logistics
Moves, downsizes, and estate transitions, driven by someone who refuses to let them stall in the garage for eight months. One coordinator. Sees it to done.
Discretionary High-Touch On-Site Execution
Translation — selective hands-on work
The hands-on jobs, hand-picked for fit and finish. The differentiator: we do the work, not just the PowerPoint about the work.
Substantiation · Proof of Work
The buzzwords check out.
Here is the part of the deck where the corporate voice goes quiet, because the receipts can speak for themselves. The brand-and-visual capability rests on decades of real production work — campaigns, a press floor, a brand built from nothing. The modern stack just added tools.
Built a pizza-shop brand from scratch
Co-owned and branded a pizza shop end to end — name, mark, signage, menus, and the look that walked in the door before the food did. The first proof that identity is something you build, not order.
Press-floor production at Minuteman Press
Real print-production experience: prepping files that actually run, understanding bleed, stock, and finishing — the difference between a design that looks good on screen and a piece that holds up in hand.
Earth Day & America Recycles Day campaigns for a major recycler
A decade-plus designing campaign materials for a large recycling company — posters, table tents, employee games, contests, and the connected pieces that make a campaign feel like one thing. Repeat, annual, high-visibility work for a real audience.
KerrieWorks brand & site, designed and deployed
The current identity — the four-arrow K, the wordmark, the full system — built in Inkscape and shipped as a hand-coded single-file site on Cloudflare. Designed, built, and deployed by the same person.
WiggleLot, a working planning product
A storage-lot revenue planner taken from idea to a real, versioned tool — warps, rate logic, revenue breakdowns, print output. Evidence that "custom tools" means something here.
Proprietary Solution · Flagship Deliverable
WiggleLot
A spatial revenue-optimization platform for storage assets.
Translation: draw your lot, drop the units, and watch it tell you what the layout is worth per month — before a single space gets painted. We needed a tool that didn't exist. So we built it. That sentence is the entire pitch.
Capabilities
Draw the real lot
Corner-node warp reshapes spaces around drive lanes, wet ground, and existing structures — the lot as it is, not a perfect rectangle.
Rate-driven revenue
Any space with a monthly rate counts as rented. The Mix breakdown shows units, square footage, and monthly revenue by size — live.
Print-ready output
A clean white sheet regardless of screen theme, light/dark toggle, undo/redo, and saved warps that survive a full-plan rotate.
Brand Architecture
One brand. Several outfits.
KerrieWorks is one operator, one mark, one set of values — and a closet.
Translation: it doesn't turn into a different company to walk into a different room. It just changes what it's wearing. You met the real one in faded jeans on the way in. This is that exact same brand, buttoned all the way up.
Faded Jeans
The everyday KerrieWorks site — humor, warmth, and a voice that sounds like someone who has actually done the work.
The Suit
SeriousBro — buttoned all the way up, fluent in deliverables, gravely serious about synergy. The costume you're standing in.
Office Casual
SharpK — looser and more artistic, cut for creative and tech outings. Pressed and waiting in the closet.
Brand Governance · Visual Standards
The wardrobe behind the costume.
Every page in this deck is assembled from one disciplined kit — the same mark, palette, type, and motifs, deployed consistently across all touchpoints.
Translation: it looks expensive because nothing wanders off-brand. That's the whole trick — and it costs nothing. Consistency is just discipline, and discipline is free.
Two-tone on dark, two-tone on light. Same geometry, recolored to hold contrast either way.
Mark + Nunito Sans wordmark. "Kerrie" soft gray, "Works" full white.
